All,

Take a moment to review the attached document regarding carbon monoxide (CO) hazards and safety protocols. Note that most gas monitoring devices are set to factory settings and may need to be adjusted to meet our site standards.

General Gas Monitoring
• CO at 50ppm: When the monitor detects 50ppm, implement additional measures:
o Use displacement fans inside the building.
o Remove combustion-powered equipment from the building, such as:
 Welding machines
 Boom lifts
 Gas-powered equipment
 Ect…
o If a subcontractor wants to utilized gas monitoring the following needs to be in place. This is for non-confined space activities.

 Time of the event:
 Location of the active readings:
 CO Readings at time of the evacuation:
 Chart of Active Read:
• CO at 200ppm: Evacuate the building until CO levels drop below 50ppm.
Please remember that symptoms can occur at CO levels between 200ppm and 400ppm, similar to placing your face near an exhaust pipe.

05th septiembre 2025, Cosco RNO 5 Fire Suppression Testing

Pneumatic testing of RNO5 fire suppression systems over power rooms 605, 606, 607, 407, 406, 405, 507, 508, 509 at 40psi from 9/6 2pm- 9/9 10am. These room will not be accessible for the duration of testing.

03rd septiembre 2025, RNO4 Area L Power Rooms Pressure Test 9/3/25

All - Please see below details for ACCO Pressure test to take place in RNO4 tomorrow 9/3/25.

Location: RNO4 Sector L Power Rooms (Vaults 7 & 8)

System: 10" Chilled Water Piping
Pressure: 150 PSI Hydrostatic
Test Duration: 3 hours (1 hour fill 2 hours test)

Exclusion zone will only prohibit work taking place above 10' from finished floor.
Exclusion starts: 9/3/2025 3:00PM
Exclusion expected end: 9/3/25 6:00PM
