On Monday, 10/3, no construction activities will be allowed inside all office areas, including breakrooms and restrooms. Please contact Gray if you have any concerns or questions. Thank you.

31st Oktober 2025, Fire Suppression and Alarm Testing Saturday 11/1/25 and Tuesday 11/4/25 - IMPACT TO OPERATIONS 11/4/25
Saturday 11/1/25:
Denver Fire Department will be onsite 8am-2pm conducting Flows and Tampers testing in addition to duct detectors for Fire Alarm. Site activities may continue as normal during this time.
Tuesday 11/4/25:
Denver Fire Department will be onsite all-day conducting fire alarm testing and inspections. NO ACTIVITY outside of this testing will be allowed in the main building. You may work in the trailers away from the building. Contractors working at wastewater with Gracon and Cambrian/Arco Murray may continue their activities as normal.
Work in the building after Tuesday will be dependent on if the tests pass Saturday and Tuesday. We will update as soon as we know results.
Please prepare your teams.
Plan accordingly for no work in the building on Tuesday 11/4/25.
