Test Pressure: Pneumatic 20

Exclusion Zone: 50 Feet

Date: 7/15/26

Time: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Pneumatic Test)

Test Details
ACCO mechanical will be performing a pneumatic test on the CHW system on the roof located at sections A & G on the south roof. The test pressure for this activity will be 20 PSI with an exclusion zone of 50 feet (closing A & G for the duration of pneumatic test). After the pneumatic test, A & G will be back open to all trades with Acco filling the system for their hydro test. Hydro test will follow in a couple days after pneumatic test.
Safety & Coordination:
For the safety of all personnel and to minimize disruptions, please ensure that all trades coordinate with onsite teams to relocate work activities for the duration of the test.

System: PCHW 18”, 10”, 6”

Test Pressure: Hydro 150

Exclusion Zone: 1.5 Feet

Date: 7/11/26

Time: 6:00 AM – 11:00 (Hydro Test)


Test Details
ACCO mechanical will be performing a hydro test on the PCHW 18”, 10”, 6” in power rooms 200-100 & section G on roof starting 7/11/26. The test pressure for this activity will be 150 PSI with an exclusion zone of 1.5 feet. No overhead work will be permitted during testing.

For the safety of all personnel and to minimize disruptions, please ensure that all trades coordinate with onsite teams to relocate work activities for the duration of the test.

26th June 2026, High Wind Notification (RNO5)

Effective immediately, all exterior elevated work is suspended due to high wind conditions. This includes all scissor lifts (MEWPs) and platform ladders. Ground-level work may continue as long as it can be performed safely; only elevated exterior work is suspended until further notice.
