Team,
Next week we are forecasted in the mid to high 90’s. We need to make sure we are implementing our heat illness prevention program. Anyone working on the roof or exterior of the building need to consider the real feel heat index and implement additional breaks. Toolbox topic for Monday and next week should be heat illness and awareness.
Please see attached image from subcontractor manual for working in extreme heat.

We currently have lightning within 10 miles. All exterior elevated work must stop.

Team,
Hearing protection is mandatory inside the construction building. Martin is utilizing a pneumatic equipment to drill that’s creating noise above the 85DBA threshold. Please make sure to provide ear plugs for personnel today.
